EGGY versus DAMOCLES SWORD

Damoclès était un courtisan du roi Denys l'Ancien de Syracuse, en Sicile, qui flattait souvent le monarque à propos de ses richesses et du bonheur attaché à sa condition. Pour lui faire comprendre combien ce bonheur était précaire, le roi l'invita un jour à un banquet. Damoclès était attablé, une épée suspendue au-dessus de sa tête ; mais cette épée n'était retenue que par un crin de cheval. Damoclès enfin supplia le tyran qu'il lui soit permis de sortir parce qu'il ne voulait plus être si heureux, sachant qu'avec une grande fortune et le pouvoir viennent aussi grand péril et anxiété, un danger constant.

Damocles was a courtier of King Dionysius of Syracuse, Sicily, often flattered the monarch about his wealth and happiness attached to his condition. To make him understand how that happiness was precarious, the king invited him one day to a banquet. Damocles was seated, a sword hanging over his head, but this sword was retained by a single horsehair. Damocles finally begged the tyrant that he be allowed to depart because he no longer wanted to be so fortunate, realizing that with great fortune and power come also great peril and anxiety, a constant danger.

EGGY versus CLOUD

Eggy sapiens sapiens (qui signifie « eggy sage sagesse » en latin) ou Eggy moderne est une espèce de la famille des Eggyïdé appartenant à l'ordre des Homosaures.
Plus communément appelé « eggy », il est le seul représentant actuel du genre Eggy, les autres espèces, une douzaine en l'état actuel des connaissances paléosaurialogiques, étant éteintes.

Parmi les Eggyïdés actuels, il se distingue d'un point de vue physiologique par sa bipédie quasi exclusive et son cerveau plus volumineux.
D'un point de vue éthologique, le genre Eggy se distingue par la complexité de ses relations sociales, l'utilisation d'un langage télépathique inné transcendé par apprentissage, la fabrication d'outils, la maîtrise du feu, la domestication de nombreuses espèces végétales et animales, ainsi que l'aptitude de son système cognitif à l'abstraction et à l'introspection.
